Andy Land is Global Head of Sustainability at the Focusrite Group and a lifelong advocate for climate action and sustainable music creation. A University of Surrey graduate, Andy began his career at Focusrite over 15 years ago, with the last five as the full-time Sustainability lead. Driving the Group’s Environmental strategy, Andy has managed multiple years of TCFD and CDP reporting and continues to work on the Group’s commitment to set Science-Based Targets by April 2026. Andy also serves as a Director at the Music Industries Association and collaborates with PLASA on initiatives across the audio technology industry.
