Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring that our event venue is fully accessible to all attendees, including those with health conditions or impairments. Please let us know if you have any specific accessibility requirements, so we can make necessary accommodations to enhance your event experience.

Accepted payment methods: Online card payment is accepted at any time, for all ticket types. Up until 4 weeks prior to the event, invoices can also be issued for bookings with a total value of £500 (ex VAT) or more, and the option to pay upon invoice will automatically be available to you as part of the online booking process. Selecting the invoice option confirms your booking and your transaction is still therefore governed by our booking T&Cs.

The invoice option is not automatically available for bookings with a total value of less than £500 (inc VAT), or if you are booking less than 4 weeks out from the event. In these circumstances, you will be asked to complete your transaction via card payment at the time of booking. We do however understand that this is not always possible, so please get in contact with us at logistics@emap.com if you require an invoice to be issued.
