Marjolein Koens-Schaddelee (35) is Managing Director of AVEX and a Board Member of the GPA. As the third generation in the family business, she leads innovation and international growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK. With a background in sales, operations, and event management, she combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Marjolein is passionate about driving sustainability in the AV industry and played a key role in developing BRIX zero, a circular and sustainable AV concept. Through her work with AVEX and the GPA Sustainability Committee, she helps shape a more sustainable future for the industry.
