Carolina Sosa has more than 18 years of experience leading projects in the events, audiovisual technology, and sustainability sectors. Since 2020, she has been part of the leadership team at Integración AV, one of the leading audiovisual integrators in Latin America. In 2021, Carolina began promoting initiatives to integrate sustainability both within the company and across the AV industry, establishing partnerships with recycling and electronic waste organizations and actively participating in global industry initiatives. She has participated as a panelist at events such as ISE, InfoComm, and the AVIXA Virtual Congress in Spanish. In 2025, she joined the AVIXA Sustainability Advisory Group, where she works to increase visibility around sustainability and contribute to the development of better industry practices.
