Phoebe is the founder of EARTHED, a sustainability consultancy supporting the entertainment industry towards a more resilient future. With experience across in-house and consultancy roles, she understands the sector’s full ecosystem. She specialises in carbon reporting, sustainability strategy development, creating sector-wide initiatives around topics such as carbon literacy, and impact measurement. She has led award-winning strategies and contributed to major international events, including the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She also supports organisations with ESG implementation and reporting, driving meaningful and measurable change across the industry ecosystem. Phoebe is a Registered Environmental Practitioner, a Practitioner member of ISEP and holds an MSc in Environmental Sustainability.
